Three Sixty Conversations on Identity and Social Media Discernment
I had the pleasure of being invited onto the Three Sixty Conversations podcast hosted by Tamu Thomas. Initially I thought we were just going to discuss PR and business and all that comes with it but our conversation delved more deeply into identity, culture and authenticity.
We discussed how we can use social media in a way that reflects who we are, whilst navigating its ups and its down. Something powerful happens when you're given the space to just flow, Tamu really did a great job of letting us flow and connect throughout this conversation. We were able to have an honest and open conversation which I hope the listeners can learn from and identify with.
Some of the key takeaways:
Using social media effectively
How to use social media to build a personal brand
How to build a personal brand authentically
Three Sixty is a lifestyle brand aimed at busy women in their late 30s and 40s that want to simplify life and create space for an everyday joy that comes from accepting ourselves fully in all our shades from light to dark, our entire 360 degrees. Tamu founded it to highlight the power of working with ourselves rather than against, creating space to notice the beauty of things we overlook in the midst of busyness and the everyday joy that comes from doing the things that light us up. Her Three Sixty Conversations podcast series is a great reflection of this ethos
